Veteran Nollywood actor, Emmanuel France, has passed away, as confirmed by filmmaker Femi Ogedengbe on his Instagramhandle.
Ogedengbe, in a heartfelt tribute, wrote, “Rest in peace to one of Nollywood’s legends. Uncle Emmanuel France, one of the actors I took to Tanzania in 2006. We shot three movies together: Cross My Sin, She Is My Sister, and The Director. R.I.P.”
France was well-regarded in the Nigerian film industry, with a career that spanned decades. His passing marks a significant loss for Nollywood, where he left a lasting legacy.
