Sheikha Mahra Al Maktoum, the 30-year-old daughter of Dubai ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is set to launch a new perfume line titled “Divorce” under her brand Mahra M1.
The princess revealed the upcoming launch on Instagram, sharing a teaser of the black bottle engraved with the word “Divorce.”
The launch of the perfume comes just weeks after Sheikha Mahra publicly divorced her husband, Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, on social media. In a July Instagram post, she declared their divorce using triple talaq, a practice that allows Muslim men to divorce their wives by uttering “talaq” three times.
The princess’s decision to announce her divorce publicly and through social media has garnered significant global attention, especially given the couple’s recent birth of their first child.
