Popular Nigerian gospel singer Dele Agbeyo, widely known as Dele Gold, has passed away.
According to The NewsGuru.com (TNG), the self-proclaimed Miliki gospel king died on Wednesday after a brief illness.
Several of his colleagues, including Titi Oguntoyinbo, Akinlabi Major, Alayo Melody Singer, and Wonder Doyin Kujore, confirmed his death on social media.
Titi Oguntoyinbo expressed her shock, writing on Facebook, “Lord, this is a rude shock to me, ooo hmmm.”
Akinlabi Major posted, “Let someone tell me this is not true. RIP Dele Gold.”
Alayo Melody Singer wrote on Instagram, “Dele Gold kee??? Ahh, this is getting too much ooo!!! May God help us stop untimely death. Dele Agbeyo, may your soul rest well.”
Wonder Doyin Kujore shared his thoughts on Facebook, saying, “Nothing is in this world, let us live today and leave tomorrow for God. I find it difficult to post about people who died prematurely because it saddens my heart, but I just have to pay my last respects here. Hmm, this life is full of vanity. Rest on, Dele Agbotikuyo, Dele Gold.”
