For the first time since their unexpected divorce made headlines, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were seen together, seemingly reuniting for the sake of their children, who were also present.
The former couple was spotted on Saturday at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, marking their first public appearance together since Lopez filed for divorce on August 20.
In the photos, the two are seen standing outside the hotel before walking inside together. They were also captured inside the same black SUV, with Affleck behind the wheel.
The pair appeared to be engaged in a tense conversation.
Lopez, 55, was dressed in a black crop top and jeans, while Affleck, 52, wore a blue button-up shirt and jeans.
Regarding their breakup, which attracted global attention, a source told People magazine, “She put in a lot of effort to make the relationship work and is devastated. The children remain their top priority, as always.”
