MyPillow Faces Lawsuit from DHL Over Unpaid Delivery Services

MyPillow, the American pillow manufacturing company known for its patented foam pillows, is facing a lawsuit from global logistics giant DHL. The lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County, Minnesota, claims that MyPillow owes DHL over $800,000 for unpaid delivery services.

According to the lawsuit, MyPillow made only two out of the 24 agreed payments on the debt. DHL is now seeking the remaining amount, along with interest and legal fees. This legal action adds to the growing list of financial and legal challenges faced by MyPillow and its CEO, Mike Lindell.

Lindell, who founded MyPillow in 2009, has been embroiled in multiple lawsuits in recent years. The company, which expanded its product line to include sheets, towels, and slippers, recently introduced the MyPillow 2.0, featuring temperature-regulating technology.

DHL, a leader in international shipping and logistics, operates in over 220 countries and territories. The company provides a wide range of services, including parcel and document shipping, freight transportation, and supply chain solutions.
