NECO Introduces N50,000 Fee for Certificate Reprints

NECO Announces N50,000 Fee for Certificate Reprints, Sets New Deadline for Result Corrections

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced that candidates will now be required to pay N50,000 to reprint their certificates.

This new policy was revealed by NECO Registrar, Dantani Wushishi, in a statement issued from Minna, Niger State.

Wushishi stated that the N50,000 fee for certificate reprints will be periodically reviewed by the council.

He added that requests for certificate reprints will only be accepted within one year of the certificate’s original issuance. Beyond this timeframe, NECO will no longer process such requests.

The council has also introduced a new rule requiring candidates to submit requests for the correction of results within one month of receiving them.
